There is no charge for the initial consultation. There will be a fee for mortgage advice. My standard fee for advising and arranging a mortgage is £395 and is payable when you receive the mortgage offer. This fee may rise if your mortgage requirements are challenging and time-consuming. I will advise you of this before undertaking any work on your behalf.
